Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Resume screening process is critical - necessary to meet senior people at the information session on campus. Invited to pre-interview reception taking place the night before. Make sure to meet everyone as, of course, one of the directors will be interviewing you the next day. Morning interview was a 2 on 1 interview. Make sure to know your resume in and out. RBC is a growing bank so you'll have some directors who have been there 10 years or only 2 years interview you.
