Summer associate

I applied online for the women’s symposium. Didn’t hear anything for a month bit then was reached out to for a phone screen. Very short 15 minute convo that was all behavioral questions (describe a time you worded in a diverse situation, why rbc, what do you think an IB associate does). Got a second round notice a week later which was a half day event that included round robin interview (one on one interview in a group setting) and happy hour. Still waiting to hear back on final round which will be a super day type event in nyc.
