Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was 1-on-1 with an Associate. I applied for GMP and even though I stated I was only interested in S&T, my interviewer was ER. Dug really deep into 2 stock pitches and made me walk him through all valuation. Superday was relaxed and mainly behavioral + stock pitches with 3 rounds with different groups of people ranging from associate to COO.
