1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via the school campus recruiting website. They set up an initial 30-min interview on campus. This interview was highly fit related and only had a few technical questions. After that they has a super day (about a week or two later). The super day was 8 30min interviews, and these ranged from fit questions to walk me through a DCF to a case study (mainly about EV/comparables) . Called me 3hrs after the super day ended and offered me a summer position.
