What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with an online application, which was followed by a survey to rank divisions. About a week later, I was contacted directly by an Analyst from my top-choice group (Global Investment Banking) to schedule a 20 minute over the phone interview.

The interview itself was 100% behavioral. I was not asked a single technical question. The conversation focused entirely on my resume, motivations, and personal stories. The questions were "Tell me about yourself/Walk me through your resume," "Why Investment Banking?," "Why RBC?," and "Describe a Leadership Position you Have Held"

My networking contacts were incredibly helpful and gave me the tip that the interview would be purely behavioral, which allowed me to focus my prep. My interviewer was also very easy to talk to, and we built a strong rapport based on shared backgrounds as student-athletes in the NESCAC.

My main advice is to try and keep the interview conversational and have your basic behaviorals down.
