Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interviews began with virtual introductory meetings with most members of the team - this round was entirely behavioural and primarily focused on previous experience / projects. The second round comprised of an in-person technical session with 2 of the Managing Directors - this round included general accounting theory, valuation methodology, and industry knowledge. The third and final round was an in-person behavioural interview with the Group Head to discuss career aspirations, long-term fit, etc.
