Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial phone interview with campus recruiter was centered around past experience, work eligibilty and general interest in M&A. Around 3 days later a first round with hiring manager (VP) which was basic technicals (financial statements, LBL/DCF, benchmarking private companies). This was followed by a follow up with Senior Associate and Group Head which was a ‘fit’ call.
