Interview was with two 2nd year associates who had graduated from a competing MBA in Toronto.

While very professional, there seemed to be a chip on one of the interviewers shoulders.

Q1 - 15 minutes - Walk us through your resume - why are you here?

Q2 - 3 financial statement description and importance - pretend you're a controller and you've made a $1M acquisition of PPE. Walk us through. All cash. All debt. tweaked all the key variables.

Do it in your head, with no paper and pen.

I was extremely jet lagged and had a good struggle for them to watch.

not fun. Not a hard question in hindsight, but having to do the mental math in a very bad physiological state is not the most appropriate way to screen recruits.
