The application process occurred through our on campus recruiting program. After applying, I was contacted via email by an associate at the firm via email. We identified a time where both of us were free to speak on the phone. This was the first of several interviews in their interviewing process. After the phone interview (which the associate interviewed several applicants), the next step was an in-person, on-campus interview.
