What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online verbal and maths tests, followed by a first round, which consisted of one interview with HR. Then there was the assessment day, which involved two interviews, each with two members of the firm (associates, VPs and MDs), and a group exercise/presentation based on a news article. The whole group had to work choose a news article on which to base a presentation; each person had to speak for a minute or so. Questions were then be asked by the whole panel of interviewers.
