First you have to submit all personal data online. Keep in mind the dead lines. I would recommend to start early as this will increase your chances dramatically to get to further stages. After submitting the application, after roughly two weeks, I got invited to do an standard SHL-numerical test consisting 25 questions. After approximately two weeks I received an email and invitation for telephone interview. The interview lasted 45 minutes and was conducted by one analyst and one associate. Both were friendly yet straight forward.
This was the last stage for me. Unfortunately they do not provide any further feedback on the rejection.
