Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I emailed the branch manager directly asking for a job and was called for a telephone interview. The interview was very relaxed. I went in for a half hour interview and ended up chatting an hour. Following that interview I had 2 other phone interviews with a regional manager and the head of training. The head of training interview was probably the most difficult.
