Investment Banking Analyst

After applying for a full-time analyst position I was asked to do a phone interview. Was mostly focused on behavioral with the only technical question being, "how are the three financial statements linked?". About a week later I was asked to attend a super day. It consisted of 3 interviews with one being a case study. The case involved calculating ratios and a general comp analysis. The rest of the interviews involved questions about leadership and interest in banking/rbc. There was a lot of emphasis on, "Why RBC?"
