Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- On campus recruiting - 30 mins first round interview on campus then second round a week later.
- Second round consists of 4-5 back-to-back 30 mins interviews with everyone in the office (facing one or two interviewer each time).
- First round was half technical and half behavioral
- Second round was about 80% fit and 20% behavioral (I guess it was a smaller office so wanted to assess fit)
