Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a first round interview on campus. Was very technical and had a lot of energy related questions. Got called the next day for a night prior and Super Day in Houston. Went out to dinner the night before and got drinks in downtown Houston. Had to be up early the next morning for breakfast and dinner at the office. Super Day was 15 back to back interviews with many VP's and Associates in the office. Got called on Monday with an offer
