Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round consisted of a resume probing, stock pitch, deal analysis, markets question, and follow-ups to ask hidden technicals without explicitly stating them, although the process is mostly behavioral.
The super day consisted of three interviews with Senior Management in a one-on-one setting entirely consistent of probing your resume and running a conversation rather than asking any questions. Was much more focused on your interests and how you can connect anything you've done throughout University or before to the job.
