Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After my resume was passed along by an alum, I received an email from an analyst to set up a phone screen. It was pretty straight forward, I heard some analyst are tougher than others but mine was great he asked his questions than he gave me some helpful tips as he also came from a non target school. Two days later I was invited to the super day in December. The night before there was a reception to meet people in the bank which was great and then the super day consisted of three rounds of interview: 2 rounds with someone from industry coverage and one from product. There was a case study, technical questions (including accounting), things about my resume, brain teasers, and just general questions about the market.
