Why cross-border M&A?
2. Technical questions:
Three statements walkthrough
Three valuation methods
Which one has the highest valuation range and which one has the lowest
Is there a fourth valuation method? (LBO - how is it compared to the other 3 valuation range)
3. Behavioral questions:
Why RBC? (detailed, need to be differentiable from all other banks, don’t say something other banks have as well)
Why IBD?
Why school?
