Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred by an ex-coworker so was very straightforward. First round phone interview with a VP, mostly walked through my resume. Second group interview met everyone in the office. No one asked any technical question(i'm a third year analyst). Some deal-related, big picture questions though. Very friendly group.
