Spring Intern

You answer 3 written questions which you submit along with your CV. You are then immediately invited to complete an online assessment consisting of verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and situational judgement sections. A few months later, very late into the process and only a few weeks before the Spring Week itself takes place, there is a 30 minute telephone call with someone working at RBC. The offers are then given out around a week after the interview.
