Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to an alumni who recommended me for a superday. Received an email from a 3rd year analyst saying we were going to have a 20 minute phone interview. The phone interview was very standard, he told me about his background, had me walk him through my resume, why I wanted to go into Banking and why specifically RBC, asked me to walk him through a DCF, the different valuation techniques, and finally a brain teaser.
