Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went to an on campus info session, got introduced to a couple guys by a mutual friend, reached out after to talk more in depth about the company, and then nailed the on-campus interview (which happened to be the same guy that I talked to over the phone). They gave me the offer a few days later without any more interviews.
