Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This interview process was rather quick. I submitted my application in mid-September, had my interview in early October, and received my decision in mid-October. There was only one interview that was mostly behavioral - why IB, why RBC, etc. I was also asked why not pursue tech given my background in CS. Then there were more general questions to test business senses such as describe a company you a interested, what do you think positions them to be successful, etc. The questions really seemed to want to get to know you as a person rather than trick you. Once you get in the program, they really talk about how you are screened for fit and to see if you would be a good addition as an intern.
