Summer Intern at RBC Wealth Management

I was introduced to a senior VP/ PM through a family member. After speaking briefly over the phone a few times about my interests, goals, etc., he asked me if I'd be interested in interviewing for a internship. I was, so, he invited me into the office for an interview. The process was 2on1 with two analysts on his team followed by a 1on1 with him. The interview was fairly simple. all questions revolved around my story, previous experiences, and interests within finance.

A week after the interview I was called and offered the job.
