30 minute phone screening, then phone case interview, then 4 hour interview. They ask very targeted and specific questions in their final round. Final round consisted of 3 case studies as well as one behavioral case study.
Interview Questions
What can we do to increase CTR? Activations? Technical questions that include percentages mostly. Behavioral is essentially you have a business, what is the business? What is sucess? The other three cases you asre given a service they do (Paid search, or keyword search) given click throguh rate (CTR), purchase and activations and what can they exactly do to improve them? Also given an excel case where you use excel to calculate these factors and present it to a group and give reccomendations. Very nice people, however they ask very targeted questions and expect a certain answer.
