First round was a generic HR screening call. Not as heavy on behavioral questions and more so confirmation that you are a real human being. Second round was a take home case. Mine was about displaying certain offers to customers based on variables such as FICO scores, employment history, etc. Essentially had to create a plan to drive revenue by displaying ads in a more targeted way. Third and final interview was a superday with 4 interviews. First interview was just walking through the take home case. Second interview was looking through a website and identifying why ads were ineffective. Third was an excel case, simple excel formulas and fourth was talking through excel case.
