Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Relatively straight forward. They came on campus to do first round interviews. Mostly behavioral, but they added a few basic technicals that weren't too difficult. If you passed the first round, you'd get invited to super day (this process was pre-COVID). Then, you had 4 back-to-back interviews with senior bankers. Once again, mostly behavioral questions.
