Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First two interviews were via phone with a director in the Energy and Natural Resources team. The third interview was held in one of the Charlotte offices and consisted of five 30-45 minute interviews with various higher ups on both the coverage and credit side. Questions were mainly qualitative and focused on personality and fit within the group. This is a new group so there wasn't a formal interview format and questions were based on the "why" Energy, Credit, Regions, etc. If interested in a position within specialized industries I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the Regions culture and recent decent within the energy space. This information is specific to the ENRG as some of the other groups in Charlotte have their own set of hot button issues.
