Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of on campus recruiting followed by an interview on campus through career services. After that there was a long wait for a phone interview with a financial analyst. Following that was another long wait before a phone interview with a hiring manager and the program director. After that they flew me to their headquarters and I had a super day. The super day consisted of many panel interviews. The interviewers were all Vice Presidents of the groups I would be rotating through during the program. After the super day I was called the next day and informed of an offer.
