Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first interview was a group interview, with 2 analysts asking questions. They were very generic questions, almost more of an informational interview than anything, no technicals asked. I was then invited to a networking night, where the different groups pitched themselves and invited you to hire there. The final round was 2 group interviews, these had technicals; very basic stuff like pitch me a stock, why regions, how does x impact the financial statements. I would say it was 80% behavioral 20% technical.
