Interview
Once my alumni connection emailed the HR manager, I waited like 3 weeks until she actually reached out. She did the generic walk me through your resume phone screening and said she will get back to me if any departments I applied to (finance and operations) were interested. Waited 3 months and then they reached out again saying I was going to interview for operations. At a 1 on 1 Skype interview with the SVP of operations. Very short lasted under 15 minutes wanting to know why I was interested and my likes and dislikes about things.
Interview Questions
Just the way the SVP casually asked me what I liked. Normally they asked for strengths but liked was different way of asking to figure out who I was. SVP also asked quickly right after what I disliked so I had to think quick on my feet to make sure I answered properly. Also HR manager asked what types of financial analysis I studied that related to RE. Really wasn't hard at all the interview questions, no technicals all behavioral. Also asked why I chose my major and what inspired me to apply here.

Interview
The interview was very conversational and not technical at all. I would suggest just showing your passion for real estate no matter what division you apply for. Even their IT people live and breathe real estate development.
Interview Questions
The hardest question was "how does your experience line you up for this position" because they look for a certain type of credentials and if you are missing it youre out. If you go for development analyst you better have IB experience minimum and preferred PE experience. You also most likely will have to have RE experience in some capacity, They love entrepreneurial spirit but institution people to. Another question they asked was where do you see a fit among our internship positions. This was hard to answer as well considering their criteria
