Summer Analyst

The hiring process was quite lengthy. I had a Zoom interview in the fall but didn't hear back for some time about whether I was moving forward. I followed up in the spring and was interviewed again. Most of the interviews were behavioral, focusing on why I was interested in the company and what I hoped to gain from the role. After a few weeks following my second interview, I received an offer for the role. Overall, the process was fine, but there was some confusion along the way. The position was specifically for property management rather than development. However, being exposed to property management has motivated me to pursue a career in development. I am currently interviewing for other development investment roles. Additionally, I initially applied for a development position, but it seems they filled that role with someone else. Instead, they offered me a different position. I accepted it because I knew how valuable the networking opportunities would be over the summer.
