Interview
After talking to the company at my University career fair, I applied to the role online and received a first round interview invite. This interview was on zoom with two analysts and I. It was a simple interview getting to know me, and they said that in total there would be 3 rounds, with the next one being with higher ups at the company and the last one being an excel case study. I would make sure to look over CMBS, and other basic real estate/ real estate finance concepts to prepare for the interview as they ask some simpler technical questions regarding that. Overall, the culture and people at the company seemed great after talking with multiple employees.

Interview
I went through a phone screening and set up an in person interview for the following week. I interviewed in person at their Miami office with a small group of about four people. It lasted 45 minutes to an hour. I have no way to gauge how the interview went, so I'll say it was average or above average - I didn't seem to raise any immediate concerns.

Interview
First round with HR focused on career aspirations, why Rialto, etc. Two follow-up rounds with IM teams in Miami, which were more technical and included a modeling test over 1-2 hours. Everyone was friendly, though I got the impression that before the Associate level, you're working banking hours for under-market pay.

Interview
Overall, went through a few phone screens with Analysts / Associates then over Zoom with a few seniors as well. Process was straightforward as most questions were related to my outlook on real estate market trends and what I worked on in my internship.
Interview Questions
Nothing too unexpected in particular. Mostly around my projects (interned in real estate) and surrounded that. Few questions were related to what I think would happen in the market going forward.

The case study was very long and tedious. Other than that, the questions asked are all behavioral (i.e., why the firm, why real estate)
