Interview
The interview process began with a call w/ Campus Recruiters. Second step was VP, third with Director. Call back w/ offer same day.
Interview Questions
The majority of questions were behavioral the only “Accounting Technical” Question I was asked was how does $10 in depreciation flow through the three statements. The other question I was asked was if you were Footlocker and someone purchased a pair of shoes how would this flow through the three statements. I literally bombed that question somehow, but the Director (last interviewer) said “When did you take Fin Accounting” and I replied four years ago, my freshman year and he laughed. I received an offer call 1 hour later. Accepted, intended on working there until May of 2022 a week before graduation, and secured an IBD offer and rescinded. Prob blacklisted, but mo interested in ever being in accounting again.
