I was contacted a few days after I submitted my application and we set-up a phone interview via email. The phone interview consisted of a simple overview of my resume, discussion of skills, and why I wanted to work for Russell. I was then contacted the next day to setup an in-person interview a couple days later. I met with a head research analyst and associate research analyst (separately). The interview was mostly simple questions about my resume and some about hedge funds and shorting. Both analysts were very nice and the atmosphere of the interview was laid back. The office also has a very open layout.
