Fairly straight forward questions ( tell me about yourself, why do you fit this role etc) mostly general questions regarding resume. Consisted of 1 phone screen and 2 in-person interviews.
Interview Questions
Basic Phone Etiquette
Don't take the interview while out at a bar or going through a drive through. Don't put the interviewer on hold to answer a call from your boo. If you're sipping water or eating something, mute the line so they don't hear you. Don't interrupt the interviewer mid-sentence with an answer to a question that was only half asked. Use common sense and be professional.

Have your resume printed out
Have you ever been asked a question about previous experience and you completely blanked? Having a physical copy of your resume will help keep your thoughts in order in case you get asked about an obscure fact on your resume.

Interview
I applied online and heard back within two days for a 30-minute phone screen with someone in HR. I was then invited to the Super Day about two weeks later and heard back with the offer 3 weeks after that.
Interview Questions
The interview was primarily all fit/behavioral. They asked a few brainteasers which were difficult, but ultimately just wanted to see whether or not you were someone they want to work with. The hardest part of the interview was the Excel test. They had 15 or so questions that required you, within an hour and 30 minutes, to complete activities that dealt with things that ranged from graphing data to vlookup to data sorting to pivot tables, etc... They definitely did not expect for us to answer all of them, but was pressuring.

Interview
A very straightforward interview process. Consisted of 2 phone interviews and 1 in-person interview.
Interview Questions
The interview process consisted of very basic questions, such as my work history, background in finance, and future career interests. There were no questions pertaining to my level of knowledge in the industry, just general questions as to my experience with Excel and classes related to finance. The interview was mostly a two-way process. The process seemed to focus mostly on your maturity and ability to fit well within your team/role. It did not require a very robust background in finance, it is more of an internship for those new to the industry.

What do you know about the markets/current events and what does that mean financially? A lot of behavioral questions essentially asking how you would work in a professional environment and in a team setting. Also was asked about how I would think about investing, ideas about the financial markets. Brought up questions about their funds that are offered to clients, and the holdings in them.

1 on 1 Interview
Interview
I applied online, and got an acceptance to interview email a few weeks later. It was 4 one on one interviews.
Interview Questions
Nothing was really unexpected or difficult. I don't come from such a finance background so for me the most difficult questions were the technical ones. Nothing to hard though, Im sure if you go through the 400 guide and study on commonly asked questions you should be fine. Be careful to not include anything on your resume that you are not totally comfortable talking about in detail, though. Interviewers will always pick certain points to discuss and you not knowing what you have on your resume is a huge red flag.

Phone Interview
Interview
I applied online through the linkedin job section. I then got a call from HR to schedule an initial phone call. This was all behavioral. The second round phone call, which was with an associate, was also all behavioral.
Interview Questions
I was asked about my knowledge on retirement plan financing, and how to go about dealing with clients of that demographic. I answered the question as far as I could behaviorally, but from a technical perspective, I did not know much. I have only taken intro level finance classes (and financial/managerial accounting), none of which involved retirement financing. If you get this interview, you m might want to read up on this topic and be prepared to talk about it briefly to your interviewer, to avoid the mistake I made!
