Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Introduced to natl sales manager through mutual contact. First interview was via telephone with him. Followed up by interview with regional director. This included presenting a business plan. Team fit and understanding of demands of role are key. Financial literacy is secondary. Followed up by phone interview with VP and HR director. Followed by in person with all of the above minus HR director. No possibility of negotiating base. Benefits very good.
