Applied through career center. Received phone call from HR manager within aprox. a week to schedule an informational interview over the phone. Informational interview would have been very brief if I had not prepared questions. Led to a group interview with current analyst and a manager. They asked behavioral questions and afterwords a basic excel skills and finance knowledge test.
