Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on university website. Was contacted 2 months later wanting to schedule a 1 on 1 phone interview with the head of the PMA department. That interview was strictly behavioral. Was told at the end of that interview I had made it to the next round and had a phone interview a week later with the same department head, and 3 current senior investment analysts (in 3rd/final year of program). Interview was slightly more technical - asking about portfolio metrics such as Sharpe Ratio and Information Ratios. Several questions about benchmarking, and different asset classes.

The PMA dept. here is very young. all college hires, almost all under the age of 25. A very laid back culture, but you also put in 60-70 hours a week.
