Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Overall, it could have very well been the HR Associate that was not in the best mood. Ultimately my resume spoke for itself, I worked at a dealership for years from sales to manager roles. Upon answering the phone I was driving, so I had to ask "can I put you on hold to park, give me a minute." That very moment I parked within 30 seconds max, right away the tone of voice was just down like she barely wanted to work there. Asked, have you done this similar role obviously knowing my background. At the point - she discussed wanting someone more with underwriting/funding experience. The interview lasted maybe 2-3 minutes, but as mentioned if I applied today I am sure she is gone & have seen they been growing in the right path. I definitely still encourage to apply as this was in 2021 with the boom of remote roles, I am sure she was mad having to be in office with mask.
