Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process began with an application through corporate HR and then a phone interview. The phone interview consisted primarily of behavior questions and basic financial comprehension. Then an in person interview was schedule with the branch for which I applied. The in person interview was also primarily behavior with a lot of situation questions such as "if we have a disgruntled client, how would you address the situation?"
