Branch Stockbroker

I met reps of Scottrade at a University campus event. The HR reps were nice.

My first phone interview with them went okay. They asked the typical interview questions "Tell me a time when...'

I was then told they were going to pass my info along to the Branch Manager to follow up and schedule a phone interview. BM called me the following week and came in shortly after that for a face-to-face interview. This interview was essential the same as the phone interview. At the end I had to take a few tests on their computer and was told they would get back with me.

The following week HR called me to inform me that were offering me the job and I accepted.
