Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied on Scottrade website for the Asia Pacific call center intern position. The HR contact me after a week and scheduled for a phone interview, and the phone interview took about 30 minutes. After the phone interview, they call me in a week for a face to face interview at the company. First interview with the HR and then interview with the supervisor and manager. There was a basic language and typing test. This interview took about one hour. In about a week, they offered me the internship.
