Interview
Met 1 on 1 with a recruiter on campus, they followed up again as graduation approached to have another meeting. Then a month or 2 before graduation they brought me in for a round-robin style interview to meet with 5 groups of 2. After interviewing with all of them, I came to find out that the turnover is so high, teams who are currently full still interview candidates.
Interview Questions
"How would your enemies describe you?"All the other questions were the very standard fit questions such as - whyd you choose your major, what interests you in working at SEI Investments etc. Very limited questions revolved around skill. I was only really asked what my competence level was with using Excel ( which any business major should be versed in)

The interviews are very laid back and informal. You can essentially talk about anything you want and probably still get an offer from this place. Just dont make it too obvious you're only there to get a paycheck/going to leave when something better comes along
