Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. Got a call for an initial phone interview/screening from HR. After that, I was brought in to interview alongside 20 other applicants - they split you up to do one-on-one interviews (2 rounds, 30 mins each). After this they did one more phone interview with the department manager and was presented with an offer.
