Financial Analyst

I submitted my resume and cover letter via email. I followed up after a few days, and the company asked me to come in for an interview. The interview consisted of 3 SVPs, the CEO, and the Manager of Investments interviewing me in a conference room for about two hours. It is a smaller company, so that was most of the deal team at the time. They asked me about the company, had me walk through my resume (and asked me questions during this time as they came up), and asked me some real estate related questions. They told me a bit more about the company and what the analyst role would consist of. I sent a thank you note the same day via email, one for each person I interviewed with. One of the SVPs followed up and set up a breakfast meeting to get a better feel of how I would fit into the organization. This was less formal, and consisted more of my personal life, favorite subjects in school, why I got my minors, what I would go back to study if I could start over, and the same with his background. A few days after the breakfast, I got a call with an offer, which was followed up with an email of the offer letter. After some back and forth over the compensation, I accepted the offer.
