The interview process was one phone interview with a HR rep, where they asked about fit, personality questions, such as why did you apply for this job, what makes you better than other candidates, what do you have to offer etc.

The assessment center was one of the longer ones i had attended, and, consisted of an individual stock pitch/interview;, an essay, and investment recommendations. /

Following this, we were huddled in a room to await the results which came about three ahours later.
