Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First rounds on campus, final rounds at your work location. Campus interviews were 2-on-1 with two second-year analysts from the Building Infrastructure division. Basic Behavioral interview asking questions regarding teamwork skills, ability to think critically, and other assorted questions. The firm has a decent focus on work-life balance, and this was somewhat mentioned in the interview.
