Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The night before we met at a restuarant for dinner with current people in the program along with HR representative. This was very informal and gave better insight into day to day life of being an FLDP. Super day was comprised of 1v1/1v2 interviews along with a group case study that we had to present afterwords. There was also a mid day lunch where we got to talk with both program managers along with current and former FLDP participants
