1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through standard OCR resume drop. After being invited to interview I was invited to a networking event for the interviewees. Then the actual interview was held on campus. The interview was with two guys, both of whom were in finance at the company, no HR at the interview. Internship is a feeder into their FLDP.
